UPSC CSAT row ends: MoS Personnel Jitendra Singh clarified that 20 marks of English in Civil Service Aptitude Test (CSAT) II will not be included for merit and the candidates of 2011 will get another chance in 2015.
Arvind Verma committee too has recommended that the quality of English to Hindi translation in CSAT paper should be improved.
